For the second day straight, cities in Utah are topping the nation for the most polluted!  The cold air has placed a blanket of fog and pollution over the entire city that is trapped up against the mountains.  It is grey and grimy and no one is going outside.

A 15 minute ride up the canyon and you can enter a new world with an clear blue sky and fresh clean air. Isn’t that amazing?  The only thing that will clear out the crud is a new storm front that isn’t expected for a days.

It’s time to pack up the family and head to the mountains for a nice day of clean air, blue skies and fun in the snow.  It’s not too bad….

• 10 min to find snow shoes
• 15 min to get coats, gloves, hats and boots
• Another 10 min to find the one missing glove
• 5 min to make lunch (you have to be fast)
• 5 min to pack up the car
• 15 min ride up the canyon
